la lune d'amour!

-pike street. 
-15th ave, daytime...
...and at night. 
-rank, hostile ducklings. but they're rather cute little assholes. 
-CAN'T YOU READ? *covers eyes dramatically, sighing*
-with the right filter, even celestial homemade chicharròns (sp?) can look sinister as fuck. this is like a science experiment from a grainy 1950s filmstrip. 
-prettier: butter-fried potato chips with cilantro, accompanied by chile- and sugar-dusted hazelnuts. 
the food in seattle is SO FUCKING GOOD. sorry, Spenard Roadhouse. I don't miss your cold overpriced tots and congealed aioli one whit. 

-the view from my backyard. 
-and my favorite painting at SAM, Leda and the Swan. it's in the permanent collection and for years I've gone just to make sure it's still there.
